SCCI provided it’s expertise in all areas of concrete work on this project. The foundations were trench poured and contained complex angles that required thoughtful planning. The building footprint was 50,000 sf with an additional 5000 sf second story concrete floor. SCCI’s combination of high tech equipment allowed us to place the 45,000 sf warehouse floor in one placement, with unbeatable results. Sur-way, being a trucking facility, understood the importance of a rigid pavement that could withstand the heavy truck traffic, and decided a concrete parking lot was what they needed. SCCI once again was able to provide our expertise in constructing the site work and paving. The site work included a truck scale, 60,000 sf of paving, 2000 Lf of curb, misc. sidewalks, approaches, light poles, etc…
