Len Swederski Construction was formed in 1985 and incorporated in Illinois as Swederski Concrete Construction Inc, (SCCI) in 1993. As our business grew it became evident that to be successful in the industry we needed to do things better than our competition and offer our customers and employees something special.
We have accomplished this by providing our employees fair wages, occupational training, a safe and drug/alcohol free work place, company paid health, dental and life insurance, retirement and profit sharing, and providing them the best and most advanced equipment available to do their job.
