SCCI was the chosen concrete contractor for all concrete performed on this new manufacturing / warehouse facility. This project consists of: 1) Cast in place foundation walls. 2) Underground watertight storage tank utilizing Xypex admixtures. 3) Interior trowel finished flatwork utilizing laser screed technology and floor hardener / densifier products. 4) Mezzanine toppings. 5) Exterior concrete paving as a chosen alternate over asphalt paving. (3-D laser screed technology). 6) Concrete curbs and miscellaneous exterior flatwork.
